The Fine Print
How Our Fees Work
Flat-fee eligibility
The fees listed are standard rates for typical matters. Whether a particular matter qualifies is determined by the attorney after consultation and a full understanding of scope, complexity, and circumstances. Where a matter falls outside the assumptions behind a listed fee, the attorney may propose an adjusted flat fee or hourly billing, confirmed in the engagement letter before work begins.
Flat fees
Each fee covers all professional services within the scope described for that service. This gives you cost certainty before work begins.
Out-of-scope work
Work beyond the described scope — additional negotiations, unanticipated complexity, or requirements imposed by other parties — is billed at $300.00 per hour, only after we notify you and obtain your approval.
Third-party costs
Flat fees do not include filing fees, recording fees, title search fees, or other third-party costs. These are itemized separately and invoiced through the client portal.
No retainer
No advance deposit or security retainer is required, and the Firm does not hold client funds. Flat fees are invoiced through our client portal.
Custom matters
Matters that do not fit a listed category are quoted individually based on scope. Contact us for a written estimate.
Schedule a consultation
Discuss your matter and confirm a flat fee.
A written engagement letter sets the controlling scope and fee before any work begins. Tell us about your matter and we'll follow up promptly.

Scope descriptions are general summaries; applicability of any matter to flat-fee billing is ultimately determined by the attorney after consultation and full understanding of the scope. The controlling scope and fee for any matter are those in the signed engagement letter. Fees subject to change.
